Infront is all about sports. Active in more than 25 sports, we cover all aspects of a successful sporting event from the distribution of media rights, sponsorship, media production, event operations through to digital solutions. We are looking for an Partnership Account Manager to start as soon as possible.

Job Requirements

Reporting to the Head of Account Management, the Partnership Account Manager will be responsible for managing key strategic FIBA Partner accounts, creating added value through innovative activation programmes, optimizing the benefits of the partnerships for all key stakeholders and growing the accounts over time.

Scope of work

  • Manage the execution of designated FIBA Global Partners and Official Suppliers’ agreements and coordinate flawless implementation of the partnerships’ benefits across FIBA international competitions

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Partners’ project managers and senior executives as well as with Partners’ third party agencies

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for all partnership matters

  • Develop comprehensive understanding of partners’ industry trends, company’s culture, competitive environment, marketing/business strategy and objectives, target audience as well as distribution channels

  • Define partnership objectives as well as KPIs and, in coordination with the Research and Insights Manager, develop measurement and reporting processes

  • Contribute to the creation of integrated digital strategies and support the delivery of partners’ digital roadmap i.e. content strategy and development, NFT and Fan Token development

  • Develop and manage best-in-class, innovative and impactful partners’ activation programmes including conceptualization, planning, content creation, promotional development, media execution and event supervision

  • Assist FIBA Marketing Rights Delivery and Operations team with the commercial operations related to the delivery of partnerships’ rights during FIBA international competitions whenever necessary

  • Assist in the optimization of the partnership benefits as well as identify additional partnership growth opportunities (broadcast, digital, licensing,..)

  • Collaborate with the sales team on the development of activation / marketing concepts for sponsorship proposals presented to prospects

Education

  • Advanced education (university degree or master’s degree in business administration or marketing)

Profile

  • Minimum of 5-year experience working in the sports marketing industry for sports organisations, digital or sports marketing agencies

  • Strong digital marketing knowledge or digital account management experience with proven track record in activating digital campaigns

  • Strong interest in cryptocurrency, NFTs, fan tokens and prior experience in developing digital and promotional campaigns

  • Outstanding account management & rights delivery skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to travel abroad regularly

  • Passionate about sports and good knowledge of basketball in particular

  • Good computer skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office environment

  • Fluent business English (spoken/written), French or Chinese a plus
