The Venture Capital Lead (Studios) will work within the Hyper Casual Business Unit to help ensure continued investment into Voodoo’s key strategic advantage – its extensive partner studio ecosystem. Venture investment into gaming studios is a pillar of our long-term strategy for HyperCasual.
The Partner Growth Strategy Lead will interact with a wide variety of external stakeholders, Voodoo’s senior leadership and colleagues across all functional areas, as well as external advisors and support.
Drive Voodoo’s studio partner growth strategy
Structure and manage our business development team
Deploy commercial offerings and ensure double-digit growth of our partner ecosystem
Oversee investment of over $20m yearly into hypercasual gaming studios through investment (minority and acquisitions) and financial support
Build a centralized business development function, growing our Hybrid Casual and Blockchain Games publishing propositions
Strong academic background
5 years + corporate development entity within growth or tech firms, top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or VC
Strong appetite for the gaming market, and understanding of our segments
Proven leadership skills
Native or fluent English speaker
