The role

As a Partner account manager, your work focuses on managing, growing and supporting integrating or consulting partners that are reselling SettleMint solutions. Your goal is to increase the revenue generated by each partners reselling SettleMint presence defining a growth business plan and an expansion strategy with your partners.

You confidently represent SettleMint and support your partner in sales discussion with potential prospects and existing customers to achieve your sales quotas. You are the main point of contact for existing partners and support them in their sales process by bringing available resources to help them in their revenue generation. As the first point of contact, you will help him define his commercial strategy, methodology and product knowledge to develop his SettleMint activity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage activated partners (farming) understand their business model, capabilities and expertise to define a growth plan.

  • Analyze and understand the partner ecosystem and existing customers and identity use cases and potential customers to propose SettleMint

  • Show the product by providing demonstration of SettleMint to end customers

  • Maximize revenue generated by partner

  • Define terms and conditions for end customers

  • Closing and Negotiation


What we are looking for

Must have

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience working with channel partners or in account management

  • Closing attitude

  • Strong interpersonal competencies

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong organizational abilities

  • Excellent time management

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of blockchain technologies

  • Experience in financial institutions, supply chain, corporate activities etc.

  • Work hard play hard attitude

  • Experience working with Hubspot or other CRM
