We are now looking for an operations analyst (trainee) to join our quickly growing team for a full-time position starting as soon as the right person is found.

We encourage hybrid working model, where remote is an option to working at the office. However for this role we prioritize applicants who are able to work 2-3 days a week at our Helsinki office.

Your responsibilities

You will be a key part of the Operations team making sure the business operations run seamlessly, including:

• Keeping track of investment positions
• Trade preparation & execution
• Loan portfolio management & monitoring
• Cash flow & liquidity management
• Client onboarding
• Stakeholder reporting
• Ad-hoc finance tasks
• Internal project execution
• Due to the nature of start-up business, everything else that needs to be done

You will be onboarded by senior team members showing you the tricks of the trade. You’ll be working with a vast number of colleagues and clients making this an ideal role to see the full spectrum of the industry and learn from the best.

What we expect from you

• Not afraid of routines or getting hands dirty

Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting is required
• A rudimentary understanding of cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and ERC20 tokens) is required
• Suitable educational background (recent graduate or in the final stages of university studies in business, finance, engineering or similar)
• Prior work experience in finance, accounting, cryptos or similar is considered an asset
