The blockchain is one of the original Proof-of Stake protocols with an open-source platform that addresses key barriers facing blockchain adoptions for assets and applications backed by a global community of validators, researchers and builders.

Through the community-building activities, we aim to foster an open, inclusive, and experimental environment in which all types of creators can find pathways to involvement in the blockchain ecosystem and Web3. They build open source software, create hackathons, organise events and strategise blockchain adoption in several industries.

To support this journey, we are looking for an empathetic and approachable person who has experience in office management, facility management and coordinating with external service providers, and preparatory accounting skills. You will be the primary point of contact for internal concerns involving office improvements and will support with maintaining the smooth administration of internal support requests and office tasks.

The Role:

We are looking for an NFT Consultant who lead and act as an intermediary between external stakeholders and internal technical developers. You will be able to identify new business development for potential clients and act as an ongoing interpreter, from business language to tech language.

This role is our first pre-sales and post-sales hire and represents the chance to build this function from scratch as the organisation grows. You will have the opportunity to create processes, implement best practice and hire to create a high functioning team over time.

This role will require the candidate to develop a deep technical understanding of the blockchain. Existing knowledge of blockchain technology isn’t required, however an interest and curiosity will be looked upon favourably.

Main Activities:

  • Support the business development team with deals and provide impactful product presentations
  • Scope the technical solution required, assess the customer’s met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions to optimise value
  • Secure from customer technical champions commitments needed to ensure a deal’s technical close
  • Provide professional development to business development colleagues to enhance their product knowledge and technical sales skills
  • Provide post-sales support as required, in tandem with Customer success team to endure customer nurturing and retention
  • Pursue additional business development opportunities in tandem with Marketing via the production of articles, ebooks, webinars and customer-centric product content
  • Liaise with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
  • Keep abreast of market trends and product and competitor landscapes

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or a combination of education and experience in IT and a technical sales role
  • Prior experience with Presales or Consulting, or a record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable role
  • An interest and curiosity in blockchain technology, NFT, Web3 and tokenisation and other emerging technologies
  • Fluent English language skills with strong communication, presentation and business writing skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience at a fast growth technology company
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or other BI solutions desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 80,000.00€ – 120,000.00€ per year
