We are looking to expand our customer support team. Novapago is a company that offers unique services in the cryptocurrency field. We are currently at a stage where we need to grow to keep up with the growing number of customers. We have a beach view from our office and many restaurants around the corner.
Who are you?
Applicants for this position are required to be able to communicate in English. It is essential to speak and write at a high level because most of our communication with users is in English. Due to the needs of the company we are looking for multilingual agents to assist our users. It is required that the person is proficient in Portuguese, both written and verbal. If you speak Spanish, that is also preferred.
Experience working with computers is required since that is what we are using every day. Previous experience in using Zoho Desk, or similar software, is preferred but not required. You will receive an introduction to the system as part of the training. You are comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
We are looking to make our Customer Service Department multilingual to be able to offer assistance in more languages, so if you speak other languages than English, that is preferred.
- English. At least level C1 or equivalent.
- Portuguese. At a high level.
- Spanish. At a high level.
- Previous experience with computers.
- Previous experience using Zoho Desk or similar software.
- Previous experience in customer support.
- Knowledge of how cryptocurrencies work. Including wallets, blockchain, etc.
- Experience in communicating with users over the phone.
You will process daily incoming queries from our users. This includes questions about login issues, user information, passwords, information about the company, and much more. We have a library of articles regarding the most common problems to help you give users a fast and accurate response.
