Media & Advertising Consultant
Italy, Rome – Milan
Being part of the Strategy & Consulting service, You will be the connector of integrated teams with diverse cultural backgrounds, skillsets and mindsets all working together to deliver extraordinary outcomes. You will be involved in the creation, design and building of new business models, helping clients in the Media Industry integrate and operate them. You will work with global companies leading them in the New by solving their biggest business challenges such as digital disruption, competitive agility, operating and business models, and future workforce.
As a Consultant for the Strategy & Consulting service, You will proactively contribute to reinvent organizational and business models of the most important companies operating in Media markets.
In particular, You will be responsible for the following activities:
- Analyze and redefine business models in the Media Industry lead by innovation and digital transformation.
- Understand and master business and technology trends which are transforming the Media Industry (Digital Advertising and Marketing, Content Cloud Supply chain, Blockchain, IoT….).
- Lead business transformation programs for Media operators in B2B / B2C market segments and in improving productivity/efficiency of their content / product factories.
- Draw cohesive conclusions and present key findings, typically to C-level clients. Contribute to develop new business opportunities in Media Operators with particular focus on Digital Advertising / Marketing and Digital Products.
- Leverage on the partner ecosystem (see, cloud enablers like AWS, MSFT, Google and emerging players) to shape and develop new proposition for Broadcasting & Publishing core area.
- Be responsible for coaching and mentoring analysts and junior consultants of your team.

- You have 3-5 years’ experience in consulting, a start-up or other business environment-
- You have worked for, or in projects for, Media Operators in Italy and o/or in other European countries.
- You are specialized in one or more than one business area of a Media Operator (Content Supply Chain, Advertising, Marketing/Sales/Customer Operations in B2B or B2C market segments, Digital Product design&enablement).
- You have good knowledge of one or more than one innovative domain (for example not exhaustive: Digital Advertising, Content Cloud Supply Chain, Blockchain, Data and Analyitics, CDP/DMP, AI, IoT, Process Automation).
- You are experienced in leading complex transformation programs in the Broadcasting & Publishing core areas and/or Advertising area, involving people both part and outside your organization.
- You are open, curious, lifelong learner, people centric, technology addicted.
- You know Media ITA and EU industry.
- You have robust analytical skill set.
- You are a solid team player who’s also an independent thinker.
- You are deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask.
- You have strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- You have at least a Master’s Degree.
- You speak and write English fluently.
- You love to share and learn different things.
