Marketing Manager

We seek for a person who will be highly proactive, organized, adaptive, and reliable, a

master of Crypto Twitter and Discord, with outstanding communication skills, a knack for

developing personal relationships, and proven experience building web3 communities.Requirements: ⅔ years of experience working in similar positions in crypto/blockchain industry

or other high-performance environments (VC-backed startups, consulting, top tier

marketing agencies)

• Hands-on attitude: ability to write copy, find out how to use marketing automation

tools, reach out to industry partners and taking care of constant grow of the

company in marketing fields

• Deep understanding of web3 social media trends and approaches. Understands

the typical web3/NFT participant/users

• Credibility and reputation within web3 environment
• Identifying partnerships and collaborations, developing our research approach

and tracking and managing leads

• Build, maintain and promote a vibrant community culture on Discord and other

community channels and social media

• Monitor our social media channels constantly and engage in a meaningful way

with both our community and the broader cryptocurrency community as a

representative of our company

• Plan, execute, and iterate upon community engagement/growth campaigns with

an experimental and analytical approach

• Native/Advanced EnglishTerm and form of employment:TERM: A 1-month trial to start, followed by a longer term contract (3/6 months/year)
