Binance is looking for a Marketing Lead France to inspire growth, excitement and education about Binance and our products and the cryptocurrency industry. With over 100 million users worldwide, we are looking to expand our reach even further.
Based in Paris you will work as part of the Binance team in France, which is the main European hub of Binance. Your main responsibility will be expanding our brand awareness, planning and executing creative marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement and execute online and offline marketing strategies for the French and European markets and help shape the Binance brand
    • Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability
    • Design and execute fully integrated campaigns, starting with strategy, brief and working on executing and measuring performance
    • Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels
    • Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth
    • Report on the effectiveness of campaigns
    • Reach ambitious growth KPIs
    • Grow and manage local online and offline Binance communities
    • Create, translate, and proofread content for Binance France
    • Collaborate with global, regional and local teams across BUs (legal, product, communications, content,…)
    • Manage a small team

Requirements:

    • Minimum 6 years of relevant B2C marketing experience, preferably developing and executing marketing strategies for a consumer brand with a large audience
    • Experience working in Tech, Fintech or Consumer facing Industry is a strong plus
    • Execution and strategic oriented mindset – with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
    • People management experience (small team) and strong organizational skills
    • Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space
    • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must speak local language and have a strong grasp of English
    • University degree relating to Marketing is a plus
