aXpire is a leading provider of B2B enterprise software and B2C FinTech applications. The Company sells its cloud-based solutions to financial institutions while also offering crypto products aimed at the retail market. This role is for a leading position in the cryptocurrency side of the company.

Working at aXpire is highly collaborative and requires independent thought and the ability to take ownership of your tasks and to come up with new initiatives.

Description
As part of the aXpire marketing team and in-part also the operations team,
By working in an early stage startup, you will have a varied role. Some of the key responsibilities expected from you include:

• Social media management- content creation of social media posts, scheduling of posts and engaging with the customer community through responding to messages and reviews etc
• Supporting with the planning and execution of the content strategy and calendar
• Working closely with in-house and external agencies to design marketing assets – social media, blog, newsletters, advertising & PR
• Conducting market research and obtaining invaluable feedback to identify our user’s needs, as well as emerging industry trends and niches. This will help inform our evolving strategies and plans.
• Campaign performance analysis on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis via Google Analytics and other analysis tools
• Make recommendations on how to improve campaign performance
• Management of email campaigns
• Submitting ideas for marketing initiatives to help grow our brand within our target market
• Focus on copywriting & general strategy/creativity – Training can be provided … graphics and content creation we have other options

Requirements

• Be degree educated in Marketing/Digital Marketing or Business Management with Marketing
• Have previous experience within a similar role
• Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
• Have a great attention to detail
• Have working knowledge of Google Analytics
• Possess an analytical mindset
• Creative with strong level of organisation and commercial acumen

Work Remotely.

• Experience working in the cryptocurrency/blockchain technology space
• Experience working in FinTech companies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
