Your Role and Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to bring innovative ideas forward, put your transferable skills to work, and develop and learn new skills that will support your career growth. The selected candidate will work in a team environment and with assistance from IBM tutor.

• As intern the successful candidate will get to support in a banking industry environment the program manager and the project office team (Planned delivery, Economy, Capacity, Resources involved) to manage IT projects
• You will be able to support the project team to perform activities of collection and analysis of requirement, document management, monitoring of the project baseline in order to ensure the implementation of the activities in terms of Purpose, Budget and Timing
• You will engage in activities supporting the assigned workstream/project with preparation of presentations, reports and other deliverables (e.g., kick off preparation, SAL meeting, MoM, Gant preparation).
• You will access to mentoring from senior Project Managers, Architects and Industry professionals and exchange among an active network of graduate students.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations
• Microsoft Office Skills (e.g., Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good planning, time-management and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work on a team
• Fluent in English
• Italian mother language

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Preferred MSc graduate in Engineering, Management or Economics
