Selective Retailing (such as Sephora, Le Bon Marché).

This role will be part of the Data Factory within LVMH Group, under the responsibility
of the LVMH Head of Data Governance & Growth.


The ‘One Stop Shop’ is the LVMH Group offering to the Maisons on tagging &

tracking of owned/accessed environments eg. Website, Applications. This offering is

intended to fully service Maison needs end-to-end, enabling insights that optimise

Maison performance.

  • Responsible for the proposition and execution of Maison tracking plans for the

delivery of additional value from data

  • Develop, maintain and ensuring proper implementation of cross-platform and

cross-device analytics solutions

  • Administer Google tag management
  • Ensure that the practice of tagging and data ingested is compliant with

regulatory requirements, proactively recommending updates where necessary

and taking the initiative to drive change for the good

  • Comfortable reviewing technical architectures, data flow diagrams and making


  • Able to implement cookie consent management solutions for data collection,

Adtech audience segments and identity match

  • Understand customer omni-channel user behaviour, conversion data,

customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution

  • Working with Maison teams to optimise user experiences
  • Ensure data is of a standard for insight dashboards that help measure Maison


  • Establish consistent naming conventions across all owned/accessed Maison

environments for scale, efficiency and consistency

  • Analyse available data to identify and quantify customer behaviour, translating

this into recommendations for traffic generation, content etc.

  • Understand and articulate clearly the impact of any necessary change on

tracking platforms eg. UA to GA4 and the business impact of this change eg.

Audience Segmentation

  • Resolve issues escalated to a Group level with the relevant Business Owners,

managing logs on data risks and issues

  • Identify areas of opportunity and new ways of working, especially in this era of

the Cookieless World/ Do Not Track movement eg. Server Side Tracking

  • Manage Tracking Partner (55), following progress/delivery of Maison needs,

requests and value added

  • Maintain analytics documentation
  • Always represent data as a strategic business asset to be leveraged for

business gain

  • Develop upskilling tools to support stakeholders
  • Adapt these elements to the specificities of each Division (Watches & Jewelry,

Perfumes & Cosmetics, Fashion & Leather Goods, etc.)


We are looking for a senior profile, a data expert with an analytical background who
is understands the opportunity of harvesting data from owned environments and truly
believes in the power of data. You understand that compliant data is an opportunity
for Maisons to be relevant and deliver a personalised offering, yet the complexities of
this offering today from a regulatory point of view. You are therefore adaptable and
creative enough to find solutions and work with Maison needs. You can think outside
of the box and are always looking beyond, and comfortable with new technologies
eg. NFTs, Metaverse, Blockchain

  • 8-10 years of experience in the field of Data Analytics, with experience

embedding analytics at an operational level

  • Expert on Google Properties; GCP, GA4, GA360
  • Extremely familiar with Adtech platforms (DV360, Meta, TikTok)
  • A collaborative mindset, who can lead cross-functional teams, able to simplify


  • Previous experiences in an ambitious and successful Data Team
  • Very good command of English both written and spoken
  • Energetic and user-oriented person. Ability to prioritize tasks while managing

multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
  • Enjoys building relationships across an organisation
  • Excellent project management to lead from the framework phase to the final
