For this reason, we are chosen to act for some of the most exciting Irish and International tech suppliers, and of course companies and public bodies who want to use their technology.

This is an exciting time at ByrneWallace as we are growing our technology practice to ensure that we can continue to look after those clients and all the new and exciting products they are developing and using. To do that we need to have lawyers of the highest quality, with commercial nous, who like to find solutions, not problems. If that sounds like you, this is your chance to get involved and help us further develop one of Ireland’s best technology practices.

You’ll get an interesting mix of work coming across your desk, from procurement and sourcing, to SaaS, App development, blockchain, NFTs, the Metaverse and whatever is coming next.

If you have 1 – 5 years relevant PQE from a top or mid-tier law firm, or you have an interesting in-house role, or if you’re returning to Ireland then we’d love to hear from you.

Some of the following experience in particular would be really helpful:

  • Equipment procurement, software licencing, software development, outsourcing;
  • SaaS Agreements, App development and terms of use;
  • Blockchain, NFTs and the Metaverse;
  • Privacy and cookie policies, data processing agreements and international data transfers;
  • Non-contentious IP and technology transfer agreements.
  • Assisting with business development initiatives and projects including preparation of briefings and presentations
  • Assisting with continuous professional development including preparation of CPD presentations

Other key areas of responsibility:

  • Excellent analytical and drafting skills;
  • Responsiveness;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks;
  • Keen interest in business and career development
