Job Title: Crypto-Startup Advisor/Lawyer

Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced Advisor/Lawyer to provide legal counsel and guidance for our crypto-startup, Frogpay. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with blockchain and cryptocurrency companies, as well as a strong understanding of legal compliance in the crypto industry. The Advisor/Lawyer will be responsible for ensuring the legal compliance of Frogpay, providing legal advice, and protecting the company’s intellectual property.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure legal compliance of Frogpay with relevant regulations and laws
• Provide legal counsel and advice on matters relating to the operation of the company
• Protect Frogpay’s intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights
• Assist in the management of contracts and partnerships
• Handle legal disputes and provide legal representation when necessary

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in legal roles, with at least 2 years in a relevant position within the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency regulations
• Experience with legal compliance in the cryptocurrency industry
• Strong background in commercial and corporate law
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
