- Heavily collaborate with the customer success team to ensure our clients application services
- Perform ticket Qualification (tech and product bias) from L1
- Escalate to product (features) or tech (Bugs)
- Followup ticket activity up to a resolution
- Write and maintain support documentation
- Impeccable spoken/written English and French
- You have a good SQL understanding to perform basic database analysis
- Ability to read and search Logs for troubleshooting customers’ issues
