Responsibilities

  • Heavily collaborate with the customer success team to ensure our clients application services
  • Perform ticket Qualification (tech and product bias) from L1
  • Escalate to product (features) or tech (Bugs)
  • Followup ticket activity up to a resolution
  • Write and maintain support documentation

Requirements

  • Impeccable spoken/written English and French
  • You have a good SQL understanding to perform basic database analysis
  • Ability to read and search Logs for troubleshooting customers’ issues
  • You have a good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript to perform codebase reading and analysis
