Responsibilities

    • Build and develop deep relationships with partners both within and outside the crypto industry, helping drive initiatives to grow our long term business and strategic partnerships
    • Own the entire value chain and work with both internal and external stakeholders to increase our overall market shareNegotiate complex commercial agreements
    • Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major broker clients in the Benelux Region
    • Helping to implement Broker API into customers and ensure changes to original workflow are understood internally and externally
    • Understand the challenges of our clients and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our (Broker) clients
    • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
    • Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions

Requirements

    • At least 4-7 years working experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investments, tech etc
    • Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressureHands-on mentality and ability to take ownership of your own projects Passionate about crypto
    • Industry experience would be of an advantageExcellent customer service skills-ability to ensure customers’ views are represented in the company and drive continual improvement in user satisfaction
    • A track record of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads, product and brand awareness
    • Strong marketing knowledge to strategically grow our brand in your dedicated region
    • Fluent English & Dutch is a must
