Right now, for our Customer Success team, we’re looking for a

Junior Technical Support Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
  • Directing unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Helping in the development of technical documentation and manuals
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Referring to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
  • Preparing accurate reports in a timely manner
  • Taking care of individual clients via e-mail, product platforms, and other channels
  • Configuration and maintenance work
  • Monitoring systems and applications
  • Assisting the Sales Team in the pre-sale services
  • Working closely with the Tech team & Developers in the post-sales services & bug fixing
  • Attending online meetings with clients
  • Coordinating the internal flow of the information between departments

We are looking for somebody, with:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in English (Polish and any additional language is a plus!)
  • ‘Client first’ approach
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
  • High level of communication skills
  • Interest in the blockchain technology
  • Understanding how HTTP protocol works
  • MySQL basic skills
  • Independence in taking actions and responsibilities for given tasks
  • Availability to work on shifts (after 5 PM or over the weekends)
