About the Job
- Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience by screening resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and effectively communicate recruitment process and requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain recruitment data.
- Assist in promoting employer brand through job fairs, events, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with HR for onboarding support and orientation of new employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research for sourcing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Prior IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information ethically.
