In particular, we are looking for a responsible IT Support Specialist who will be in charge of user requests, equipment and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and handling user requests in the scope of IT support
  • Preparation of user equipment, diagnostics of the technical condition of the equipment before sending it for repair
  • Creating user instructions and keeping them up to date
  • Access granting to internal services and maintenance of the “access catalog”
  • Administration of the corporate messenger and ticket system
  • Communication with contractors / service providers.

Main Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Confident knowledge of the PC at the level of an advanced user
  • Responsible attitude to assigned tasks, attentiveness
  • Confident spoken and written English.

Nice-to-have:

  • Confident knowledge of MAC OS, accounting software support (1c, bank client, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge on DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
