The role

We are looking for an outstanding Recruiter to build our talent acquisition team who will be responsible for the identification and acquisition of the best professionals on the planet. If you are thoughtful, thorough, excellent at articulating a company story, creative in your approach, able to provide excellent care for candidates, and to advise hiring leaders accurately and effectively while managing multiple talent acquisition campaigns simultaneously in a scale up environment – we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Developing relationships at all levels of the business, meeting regularly with leaders to understand their needs, and recommend effective recruiting strategies

  • Source and recruit professionals across a wide range of roles within our team

  • Engage applicants from the screening process through offer negotiation, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience

  • Develop unique sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing, resulting in pipelines that meet aggressive hiring goals

  • Working effectively with team members across the company to ensure the selection process results in the best hires

  • Safeguard company culture by ensuring that that every new hire is a great addition to the team from a skills and culture perspective

  • Analyze results of the talent acquisition campaigns you run and improve quality and conversion rate metrics of your campaigns (for HR marketing)


Skills and Experiences

  • A minimum of 2+ years recruiting experience for either a SaaS company or from a top-tier search firm where you were responsible for sourcing and closing top talents for SaaS companies

  • A proven record of successfully employing creative sourcing strategies

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Open to working flexible hours this position will demand
