Each Intern completes a 3-month author’s programme which is carried out under the supervision of a mentor. The following are covered during the internship: basics of Html + CSS, JavaScript, HTTP protocol, React.js + basics of Angular and Vue.js, basics of Node.js. After the internship it is possible to continue cooperation as a Junior Developer and over 90% of the interns stay with us.

The next step is a short call with our recruiter when you will talk more about the role, our values, projects, salary and what is important to you. It will take no more than 20-30 minutes and after a few days you’ll get feedback.

Step 3. Meeting in our office

We are now in the middle of the recruitment process. Meeting at our office is very important for both sides. It’s a chance to meet our Manager, CEO and the whole team. It’ll last around 1,5 hours and you’ll be able to get to know us better, our values and your development. The next part is a verification of your technical skills and then live coding with the Tech Lead.

After the meeting we’ll decide if we would like you to be a part of the team or not. When you become our team member we’ll start the onboarding process so that everything is ready for when you start working with us.
