You will be in charge of:

• Support and coordination for projects using IBM ACE, Kafka & Flink technologies
• Coordination with group French-speaking partners and other stakeholders along project delivery
• Operational activities on infrastructure (Linux & AIX)
• Monitoring, capacity planning & governance of supported technologies

You have at least 2 years in infrastructure administration & support. You are a Team player. Making good documentation comes natural. You are a quick self-starter with a pro-active attitude.

Technical skills

Mandatory

• Linux
• Cloud (ideally IBM)
• Distributed system architecture in high availability environments

Nice to have

• IBM ACE
• Kafka
• Flink
• MQ
• Illumio (firewall, micro segmentation)
• Splunk
• Grafana

Business experience

Mandatory

• Discuss with the internal client all along the projects lifecycle
• Coordination with external partners
• Problem solving and analytical skills to support clients in incident and problem handling
• Ensure a good working relationship is established with all necessary support organizations both internal and external
• High quality requirements

Prefereable

• Big and complex organization
