ICT Project Manager (cliente bancario)

Sede di lavoro: Milano (4 gg smartworking e 1 in sede)

Activities It is expected that the resource will perform the

following activities:

• Work in international / multicultural teams and organisations
• Collaborate with internal/external auditors, clients and providers
• Manage stressful situations
• Influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships
• Motivate and develop staff

Required Knowledge It is expected that the resource will have

knowledge in the following areas:

• Risk Management
• Cost management
• Contract management
• Projects monitoring and overseeing project team to ensure goals are met
• Planning and Control Applications (Microsoft Project)
• Office Suite (especially Excel)
• [Basic Knowledge] Data Center, Disaster Recovery, Cloud, Blockchain, Robotics & AI, Open systems , Middleware, Mainframe, Network Services, Cyber Security

Required Experience It is expected that the resource has the following experience:

• Minimum 8 years experience in one or more of the following industries: Telecommunications, Technology and Consulting, Paytech, Financial Services
• PMI certification or Agile certification

Alter info:

• Durata progetto: senza termine
• Quanti giorni di smartworking a settimana:

4gg (ovvero quasi sempre da casa con qualche presenza saltuaria dal cliente).

Trattamento economico:

• Assunzione a tempo indeterminato, con RAL da 34k a 37k, in base alla seniority.
• Assunzione a tempo determinato, con stipendio netto da € 2800 a € 3300, in base alla seniority.
• Partita IVA, con tariffa giornaliera da € 300 a € 350 + iva, in base alla seniority.

La durata del contratto sarà allineata a quella del progetto.
