Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Norway is seeking to hire experienced hybrid cloud services sales and delivery leader to help drive client transformations in the age of hybrid cloud and AI. This is a hands-on sales and delivery role with a targeted focus at our most valued clients in Norway.
This individual will have in-depth transformation and business knowledge as well as the ability to lead discussions with client decision makers to clearly demonstrate how IBM enables business transformation to drive business results. Responsibilities include providing advice & counsel to clients on best practices, oversight & accountability for delivery success, and achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.
Demonstrates a track record of success at leading pursuits, and delivering complex Cloud services and significant Client facing experience across multiple industries and lines of business.
Demonstrates strong background to build trusted relationship and work collaboratively in a matrix organization across multiple geographies and business units .
Proven success in C-Suite consultative sales process.
Comfortable with interacting and gaining respect from Client CIO, CEO, SVP, CFO and their teams.
Focus is on driving high ROI business impact via practical innovations as well as the ability to partner with Clients on thoughtful long term game changing transformation.
Responsible for overall performance for assigned accounts and for servicing and selling Digital Transformation solutions in other accounts/Industries/Services.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 7 years experience in business development, selling, negotiating and delivering consulting services engagements.
  • Experience with large-scale, multi-year digital transformation engagements
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at the executive level
  • Experience of common used contract standards in Norway incl.- SSA
  • Willingness to travel
  • Speaks and writes Scandinavian
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals

Formal background:

  • Bachelor’s in economics business administration, computer Science or related fields

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 7 years of progressive post-graduate business experience (preferably a blend of business and IT management consulting)
  • Preferable speaks and writes Norwegian fluently.
  • Preferable eligible for security clearance – Norwegian Citizenship.
