About the role

We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual to help build our hiring pipeline. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be developing strategies to approach, select and hire the best talent.

Responsibilities

-Lead the recruitment process for Koinly and ensure a quality-driven, cost-effective and timely level of service to the business to fulfil their recruitment needs

-Leveraging creative and innovative recruiting techniques to engage and excite top tier talent

-Proactively developing strategic ‘Talent Pipelines’ for key and recurring roles across the business

-Providing consultative expertise and best practice on the recruitment market across all levels of the business

-Reviewing job descriptions, competency profiles, selection and assessment toolkits

-Producing offer letters and employment contracts

-Ensure full compliance with Right to Work in the UK obligations

-Lead and train your team of talent acquisition specialists on best practices and techniques that will drive efficiency and help us hire the best talent

-Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast

Requirements

-Experience hiring Technology and IT talent within a high-volume and fast paced internal Talent Acquisition function

-5+ years of individual experience in the field of (inhouse) recruitment

-CIPD level 3 or level 5 qualification

-Evidence of successful direct sourcing in a tech environment.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

-Competency-based interviewing & assessment skills (both in design and implementation)

-High motivation to find top talents in an efficient way

-Confidence and expertise in sourcing, interviewing and identifying best-fit candidates

-Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
