Primary Purpose of the Position:

As an HR Coordinator & Administrator, you will provide ongoing administrative support to the Director while actively providing HR support for the office. Your role will be supported by Mitrade’s Global HR teams in Hong Kong, Australia, and Cyprus.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:

As a multifaceted role, your responsibilities will be:

  • Provide secretarial, HR and general office administration support.
  • Assist in daily administrative operation includes maintenance, procurement of office suppliers and other administrative support as required.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, benefits, employee relations, policies and procedures set-up and other related matters.
  • Liaise with regional teams on corporate projects.
  • Support the execution of assigned company projects and events such as apprentice program, outings, annual meeting, etc.
  • Perform ad hoc project and tasks per assigned.

What You Will Need to Have:

Essential:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • 1 Years of relevant corporate office experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure, while working towards the team’s goal
  • Fast learner, proactively seeking out solutions and improvements
  • Willingness to commit to long-term career growth and professional developments
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, while working towards the team’s goal
  • Interested in learning about the financial markets, CFD industry, and Mitrade’s trading platforms
  • Strong sense of integrity
  • Open-minded and cooperative personality
