How will you contribute to Trazable?


Your mission will be
to manage the day-to-day Sales operational activities surrounding the prospecting, demos and onboardings as well as developing strategic initiatives to take our sales plan to the next level.

We have recently launched our platform and we have validated the product/market fit with our first recurring clients. We are looking for a Head of Sales to boost our go to market and be one of the first key pieces in the development and execution of our sales plan.

You will pursue our mission by performing the following roles and contributions:


Sales strategist

  • Understand and organize all the information of strategic sales in order to make the information accessible, throughout the organization and stakeholders.
  • Manage CRM to design effective actions based on data to support the strategy and make it rock!
  • Develop a business acumen vision to collaborate with the different stakeholders in order to support the strategy and objectives of the organization.
  • Develop the sales strategy to boost our growth (we have huge goals!)

Sales specialist

  • Generate leads through an outbound search process.

  • Qualify business opportunities through phone calls, emails or other means of communication

  • Try always to reach and exceed sales development targets to continue growing

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that prospect feedback is addressed.

  • Collaborate with other departments to evolve our product and processes to better serve our customers.

  • Assist with the company’s involvement in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events.

Team leader

  • You will assist in the creation of the company’s sales team, focusing on team and business needs

  • Development of sales team skills and abilities through your expertise and support, empowering them to own their job and contribute to the organization. We are facing constant growth, so we need our people to be prepared for more challenges.

  • Enable sales team best practices and promote communications alongside. Sharing is knowing!

  • Lead initiatives, actions, and projects through the sales team working close to them and across the organization for a better impact.

What will make you succeed with us?

  • +5 years of experience working with SMEs and SaaS (It is not necessary to have specific experience in the industry as you will learn everything in your onboarding, however, previous experience in SaaS professional sales team will be necessary to creating and scaling the processes)

  • Minimum 2 years leading a sales teams: you will be responsible to ensure our Sales Team becomes a high-performing team

  • Experience on B2B environments: You will always be in contact with quality areas and directors, besides other C-Levels

  • Experience in lead qualification, sales funnel management and CRM to be able to manage them and enable sales through different channels.

  • Excellent English, spoken and written paired with communication skills

  • Be a great team player and performer to achieve our goals

  • Have a passion for sales processes to thrive the business, no matter what you are selling.

  • Being able to handle uncertainty on a day to day basis. The industry is changing all the time and you will need to be ahead of the change, act proactively and/or quickly reactively.

  • Be knowledgeable on the latest technologies and techniques used in sales teams

You will outstand if you show:

  • A third language other than English or Spanish
  • Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and token economy
