Bridging between the blockchain ecosystem and the traditional finance world, Coinhouse creates trust in this ecosystem. Our mission is to empowers our users, individuals and businesses alike, to simply and securely invest in the crypto market as well as to keep their assets safe.

Why Coinhouse needs you?

After having tripled our number of employees in 2021, we want to achieve the same feat for the year 2022!

To do so, we have decided to recruit the first recruit of our HR division and it is no more and no less than the role of manager of this division as Head of People. His role will be to create and develop the HR activity of our company by meeting our challenge of sustained growth, transformation while preserving our values and identity.

But what does being Head of People at Coinhouse mean?

Currently, we do not have an HR department, we are looking for someone who will want to create their own team and meet these ambitious challenges of tripling / quadrupling the number of employees between now and 2022 / 2023!

Here is a non-exhaustive list of your next missions:

  • Setting up the HR strategy and vision of Coinhouse, managing the HR team (after its creation)
  • Definition of an ambitious recruitment plan: 150 to 200 talents to be recruited within 24 months
  • Create an onboarding strategy specific to Coinhouse: our business is complex, an excellent onboarding is the key to learn all the facets of our product!
  • Continue the reflection with the founders on the employer brand, the culture and the strong values of Coinhouse
  • Managing employment law issues and legal monitoring
  • Develop the skills of our employees at Coinhouse: career management, talent attraction strategy, training plan, continue the training of hirings managers to better recruit etc …
  • Coordinate all administrative management related to human resources: drafting of contracts, work permits, health insurance, benefits, vacations etc…
    Implement and animate the social policy of the company on subjects around the remote, benefits, the CE etc..

And Who are you?

We don’t have a typical career path at Coinhouse but we are looking for someone who has already helped a company make the transition from start-up to scale-up.

For you, human resources is not just administration, it is a federating pole to continue building the future of Coinhouse by relying on and developing a culture with strong values.

You have ideally experienced an international expansion and you are aware of HR issues and best practices.

  • You are people oriented and you communicate with transparency
  • You have already worked in a scale up and change management environment
  • You are pragmatic and well organised
  • You are curious and constantly seeking to learn
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adaptable
  • You speak English perfectly

  • Interview with Nicolas , our CEO ( 1 h )
  • Test and presentation to a panel of team members
