As part of the Finance Team, you will be in charge of payments and revenue protection. Managing payments at Ledger is particularly challenging and exciting : crypto payments, recurring payments, POS payments worldwide for our events across the world. Your perimeter will be global as Ledger offers its products and services across 170+ countries.


Your impact

    • Try to consistently optimise and find the sweet spot between Total Cost of Fraud and Order Approval Rate
    • Lead the payment part for the launch of a new business unit that includes recurring payments
    • Lead the SCA strategyYou will set up the relevant Alternative Payment Methods where it is relevant (we already offer a few)
    • Be responsible for setting up payment solutions for events from traditional POS terminals and cashier system to crypto payments
    • Analyse the opportunity to work on card payment smart routing
    • Handle the relationship with PSPs and fraud engines
    • Coach part time fraud analyst in the customer success team. (If fraud analysis becomes a full time position, you will directly manage this resource and build a whole team later on if necessary)


Who are you

    • Strong track record in managing e-commerce payment & fraud
    • Experience in recurring payments is a big plus
    • Experience in international payments and POS is a big plus
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to write detailed functional specifications
    • Fluent in English
