Based: London.

Salary on offer – £75,000 – £90,000 + benefits!

Must have Full Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship supported.

I am working closely with a start up digital asset trading house within the Crypto-finance industry. They are currently operating a trading platform for both professional and institutional clients.

They are looking for a Head of Operation to workalongside the COO and oversee the Operation team to help the running of both the exchange while building new products and service to be release in a smooth manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the operation team and taking ownership of the operational objects set including KPI’s.
• Manage the day-to-day responsibilities including the on-boarding of Clients and Issuers as well as Market operations functions.
• Setting up and running the operations for any Cryptocurrency custody and/or Broker services through their launched processes.

Required Skills:

• Experience working in a Crypto or trading vendor previously as either a Head of Operation or a Operations manager.
• Has 7+ years working within the financial sector in an operation position.
• Understanding of cryptocurrencies and the financial markets.
• Experience in working with a start-up business and has knowledge on how to scale up the business.
