This Venture Capital firm was established in 2014, and invests in blockchain and Web 3.0 businesses.
The firm works with start-ups from pre-seed to seed-stage on one accelerator and then up to launch stage in their second accelerator.
The firm is UK based, but part of the team is based across Europe, India and the US.
The firm has a very fast-paced and non-hierarchal structure. There is a lot of strong communication and involvement within the firm for every team member.

  • Build a platform that can double the number of start-ups processed every year
  • Take the team size from 200 to 400 people in the next 2 to 3 years
  • Explore new service offerings and build out the new services

THE ROLE
The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:

  • Upgrade & tweak the current processes
  • Automate processes
  • Managing the back office of the base camp accelerator which has 200+ portfolio companies
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and bring structure when needed
  • Supporting the build-out of new service lines

THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

  • Crypto-related experience (preferred)
  • Worked in an organisation that has or is rapidly scaling
  • Advisory / Tech Orientated Consultancy / High growth start-up / Working in crypto
  • Accelerator or Incubator experience (preferred)
  • Operations Management experience in a company with 100+ employees
  • Able to engage with senior management teams
  • Focus on team culture and cross-functionality
  • Impressive company track record
  • Managed a team of 100+
  • Markoms / Consulting Firms (boutique or big) – Digital/Tech experience (essential) / Tech Start-up
  • Knows Crypto (Worked in it operationally at C-Level) (preferred)
  • Helped a company grow from 50 to 300 people (essential)
  • Built a function or scaled a firm quickly
  • Worked in a start-up or worked as a consultant in a start-up
  • Worked in an innovation type environment
