NUVO is a revolutionary community engagement & DataFi platform powered by SSI/DID. NUVO is incubated by MetisDAO Foundation (https://metis.io/) and currently looking to grow and we are looking for someone like you to drive the growth of the company.
As Head of Growth, you will own scaling user acquisition for web 3 and web 2, and on the developer, business, and end-user sides. You will be responsible for the multi-channel expansion through product-led growth, Data Ownership content and thought leadership, viral growth hacking and branding. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Growth will head all business development, marketing, and sales activities associated with new customer acquisition for all businesses.
- Build and execute the user acquisition engine for web 3 and web 2 on the developer, business, and end-user sides.
- Plan and manage various Web3 user acquisition campaigns.
- Lead relationships with various high-profile media and PR agencies.
- Launch influencer campaigns.
- Lead thought leadership content strategy around Web3, data ownership, reputation, SBT, BLS wallet, and web 2 adoptions.
- Lead the team to create marketing strategies and tactics to hit growth milestones and KPIs.
- Help grow the team by owning the hiring plan and coordinating external and internal hiring.
- Manage crisis communication when required.
- Develop and lead NUVO overall communications strategy.
- Manage th necessary to grow NUVO’s active community.
- Generate interest and excitement in NUVO through intelligent promotion and marketing of our products, services and brand.
- Manage NUVOi’s growth through social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, e production of demos, tutorials, technical papers and conference presentationsLinkedIn).
- Establish conference goals for user acquisition, partnership opportunities, brand recognition, and recruiting.
- Lead business development and business a successful business development engine and workflow.
You are an ideal candidate if you:
- Have a strong understanding of Web3, data ownership, reputation, SBT, BLS wallet, and web 2 adoptions.
- Are obsessed with growth and delivered impressive numbers through innovative strategies across multiple channels in your previous experience
- Have personal social media accounts with proven engagement within crypto communities (esp., Twitter)
- Have experience leading marketing activities for successful blockchain projects
- Have strong copywriting and analytical skills
- Understand the difference in user acquisition and communication strategies between blockchain space and the corporate world and most startups
- Are both creative and data-driven starting from insights to drive exponential growth
- Have experience overseeing a budget, managing team and driving accountable growth
- Have extreme focus on the quality of work and a strong eye for detail.
- Fully remote – we welcome candidates from any time zone.
- Compensation is offered in Stablecoins and eligible for NUVO Tokens allocation and company equity

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £100,000.00 per year
