Head of Customer Operations

The ideal candidate will have worked in either the card, payments, banking or fintech industry with a knowledge or passion for cryptocurrency.

The Head of Customer Operations will be responsible for –

  • Managing SLAs to ensure both response and resolution targets are achieved.
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate customer service records across all internal systems.
  • Running Operations Team weekly meetings to help improve customer satisfaction owning issues through to resolution.
  • Shift management for the Customer Operations Team
  • Owning the operational customer service systems, providing continual improvement.
  • Transforming the department to a 24/7 operation supported by the Operations Director

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Operations Management: 3 years (required)
  • Customer Service: 5 years (preferred)
