What do we need from you?

We are looking for Growth Hackers to strengthen our global market presence. You will play a key role in developing and implementing STX Next’s growth strategy. This role will report to our Demand Generation Team Lead and will be supported by our teams across content, sales, graphic design, and customer support. As part of this recruitment we’re willing to consider candidates with various levels of experience. Whether you’re interested in kickstarting your growth hacking career as a Junior or looking to make a serious impact on the Regular, Senior and Expert levels, don’t hesitate to apply.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads
  • Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
  • Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, SQLs, LTV, etc.) to help shape future marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
  • Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
  • Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success
  • Running co-branded marketing campaigns and building marketing partnerships to reach a new audience and market
  • Working closely across teams and departments to share ideas, provide feedback, and present results

Key requirements:

  • You have prior experience in a similar role (e.g. digital marketing specialist, ecommerce specialist)
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas
  • You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver
  • You are passionate about marketing and growth
  • Your English language knowledge is at the B2 level or higher

Nice-to-haves

  • A functional knowledge of HTML, CSS & JS
  • Expertise in ABM (Account-Based Marketing, ABX)
  • Experience in the B2B tech services industry
  • A track record of successful B2B campaigns, projects, tactics, or strategies

The monthly salary is calculated assuming 168 hours worked within a month. The salary may change depending on the number of working days within a given month.
