Job description
Looking for a new challenge in the beautiful coast of Portugal? Work with Customer Support for our client in Porto!
About the position:
- As Customer Service Agent you will support clients from one of the greatest Cryptocurrency Company.
- You will give customer support by handling customers’ questions and concerns about the product/service and therefore helping them with their needs.
- You will manage all different types of inquiries generated online, via app, chat and email, in a non-voice process.
- From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and seek continuously for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
- Rotative shifts; Monday to Sunday; 7h – 22h; 8 hour shifts; 2 days off.
Requirements:
- Prior Customer Service Experience – is mandatory (minimum 6 months)

Fluency, verbal and written, in German

Independent level of English (minimum B2)

High curiosity about the cryptocurrency market

Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally

Skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure

Fast learner, diligent worker
