Flowstate Games is a Web3 game studio from Helsinki, Finland – backed by some of the top investors in both the gaming and blockchain space.

We’re now looking for an experienced Game Developer to become a core part of the team as we work on our mission of reimagining the Arcade experience on Web3 – for anyone.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include…

• Work as a part of the core development team

• Develop and maintain gameplay features

• Develop and maintain frontend features

• Contribute to full stack development if needed

• A willingness to study and learn all things Web3

• Integrating 3rd party libraries and services

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for someone who has…

• Several years of Unity experience

• Solid mathematical skills

• Experience in working as part of a team with multiple programmers

• Game development experience in mobile (multiple shipped projects)

• Good understanding of debugging, testing, optimization, and other standard programming areas and paradigms

• Self-guided approach to everyday work

• Capability to implement quality solutions on deadline

• English language proficiency

NICE TO HAVE We think you’d do great in this role if you also have…

• Passion for games and the overall player experience!

• Interest/experience in Web3 with a burning curiosity to see where it can take us!

• Knowledge of game/system design and F2P principles

• Skills that support game development, e.g. design, art, web, cyber security, usability, analytics etc. are all a plus

• Creation of editor tools and software to support development is a plus

• Experience with physics based gameplay

• Hunger for learning and sharing knowledge with others
