We are looking for a Freelance IT Recruiter to support our team in Spain.

As an experienced IT recruiter you will support our future growth by identifying high potential IT profile i your region.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals.

Duties include:

  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms

  • Sourcing candidates through direct and passive sourcing techniques

  • Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages (from the moment they apply until they are on board or turned down)

  • Follow the recruitment process with our internal Talent Attraction Team in Spain

  • Must have IT & technical recruitment experience

  • Good stakeholder management

  • Experience screening and evaluating candidates

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

  • Experience with full stack ; developer, architect, DevOps, Agile, cloud and data’s profiles.

  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

  • English Speaker. Spanish or french is a plus
