Talentedge are proud to be partnering with an exceptionally high growth Series A Blockchain startup who are revolutionising the industry. With revenues doubling in the past 12 months and international expansion underway, this is an amazing time to join this business.

In a newly created role as FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for driving all company-wide budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, reporting into a high-flying Director of FP&A. Key responsibilities to include:

• Creating the monthly FP&A pack for the board
• Full ownership of all FP&A processes, including:
  • Annual budgeting
  • Quarterly re-forecasting including group consolidation
  • Building and implementing new processes and controls
  • Analysis of key KPIs
• Supporting the Director of FP&A on future fundraising rounds
• Business partnering across senior stakeholders across multiple business units to support commercial decision making
• Build out a high performing FP&A function
• Continuous proactive process improvement

Profile:

• Qualified accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Experience of working within a high growth Blockchain or FinTech business
• Advanced financial modelling skills and strong analysis skills
• Culture – Social, Passionate, entrepreneurial and adaptable with a can do attitude
