Talentedge are proud to be partnering with a rapidly scaling Blockchain startup who are currently going through an extraordinary period of growth. With an ambitious Series B fundraise planned for Q2 this is a very exciting time to join the business!

In a newly created role, which is their first finance hire, you will be reporting directly to two high flying Co-Founders who you will be business partnering to facilitate commercial decisions and drive growth. Key responsibilities to include:

• Full ownership of all accounting operations and day to day management of the finance function, supporting the Founders in building out a highly skilled team
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
• Take ownership of business model and budgets and be responsible for forecasting and reporting
• Business partnering with founders and investors on all commercial decisions
• Coordination of month end and year end close processes
• Implementation and continuous improvement of financial controls and processes
• Support on any ad-hoc projects

Profile:

• Qualified accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Experience of working within a high growth Blockchain or FinTech business
• Experience working within a startup
• Advanced financial modelling skills and strong analysis skills
• Experience using BI tools
• Happy rolling sleeves up and getting stuck in
