Job Description

We are looking for a positive and adaptive hard worker, Finance & Operations Intern to join our finance team. The role will be to support the Finance & Operation team in day to day tasks.

Your responsibilities will be as follow:

  • Support the finance and Operations team to ensure the smooth running of the teams.
  • Processing of invoices and payments
  • Preparation of business and financial analyses (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Produce Revenue monthly reports.
  • Working and pulling reports from MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
  • Support in opening new client accounts in line with the necessary KYC, AML, and Due Diligence procedures
  • Create Commission Tool and Administrator Groups.
  • Solving issues and questions from the Sales Team
  • Full knowledge in Managed Accounts (Creation of licenses for MAM, creation of Master and Sub groups)
  • QAM opened and closed accounts Monthly report (Reporting to Commission)
  • Any other duties that given by the Head of Sales & Operations

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level
  • Junior or a first experience (internship)
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office with Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken. Any other language a plus
  • Impeccable telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Very well organised with good time management skills
  • An over achiever, resilient, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Able to take proactive action when necessary
  • Accuracy, precision and attention to detail
