Finance Operations in CFD – Mandarin speaking

Operations Officer (UK) 1.定制品牌營運計劃目標 提高公司營利 – 計劃存款/交易客戶活動 提升交易人數 存款人數 提高客戶留存率 控制流 失率 2.按計劃目標內 與各部門同事溝通完成目標 3.處理品牌內突發情況 – 報價異常 系統服務異常 存款服務異常 Responsibilities: – Customize company brand operation KPIs, including amount and number of valid plan deposits, number of activated customers’ transactions, customers retention rate, etc. as to increase the company profits; – Actively communicate with related departments to complete the operation KPIs; – Deals with emergencies like abnormal quotation, abnormal system services or deposit services, etc.; – Conduct and review customers survey as to improve the satisfactory level; – Conduct market research to keep up-to-date trends in the industry; – Other ad-hoc projects assigned by superior. Requirements: – Degree holder; – Relevant dealing experience in financial institutes, Stock / CFD / Precious / Cryptocurrency; – Energetic and attentive to details; – Good communication skills in English and Chinese; – Immediate available is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
