Experience

  • Experience working in the Italy market as a senior manager/leader in the Financial Services management consulting industry
  • Proven track record of delivering large scale transformation programmes in areas such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Digital and Automation, reporting directly to senior client stakeholders and managing large project teams
  • Proven ability to apply strong understanding of the project lifecycle in process design, system implementation and the development of client deliverables
  • Strong track record of driving business development within a consulting role, with demonstrated capability of generating sales at Italy FS clients
  • Strong client relationships within the Italy FS industry with key stakeholders (e.g. CTOs/CIOs), with the ability to find ways of pre-empting and solving problems
  • Experience of consulting clients in relation to Target Operating Model Design, Digital Strategy, Big Data & Analytics, Blockchain, Robotics, Cards & Payments
  • Experience working in one of the Big 4 or management consultancies in the FS line of business

Location

  • Preferably Milan, but other locations in Italy may be considered

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the development of go-to-market strategy for selling our services and value proposition to clients in the Italy Financial Services sector
  • Proactively engage in the business origination and sales process, working closely with the Partner team to identify business development opportunities and generate client sales
  • Play an active role in recruiting and building the diverse capabilities required within the Italy business to help achieve commercial targets and deliver high quality outcomes for clients and our business
  • Lead the delivery of consulting programmes for Capco clients in Italy, ensuring the effective day-to-day management of projects and deliverables
  • Identify clients’ strategic drivers for change and provide solutions that effect change in line with client requirements
  • Build a strong network of senior client relationships in the Italy FS industry
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams in Capco Italy, demonstrating effective coaching and mentoring and promoting an inclusive working environment
  • Represent our Italy business internally and externally through information sharing, client visits, presentations, participation in RFI/RFP responses, pricing discussions and negotiations, etc.
  • Work closely with Delivery Managers (local and global) to ensure smooth delivery, implement best practices and achieve both client and employee satisfaction.
