Events Manager

Due to their ongoing expansion there is now an opportunity for an experienced Event Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for building and operationalizing the events strategy across Latin America and working with local suppliers in different countries and cultures.

This professional will dedicate himself to finding regional opportunities to establish contact points with other public profiles.

Candidates must be able to speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently and be willing to travel throughout Latin America constantly.

In addition, we need someone passionate about the Crypto ecosystem which is always willing to update himself and seek new areas of activity. A curious person.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage offline communities

• Build and manage Meet-ups

• LATAM Events Strategy

• Local Meetings/Deals Org.

• LATAM PR Strategy. Working with our PR partner to facilitate the creation of good stories that we can share with our network.

• Working closely with internal teams for support

• Managing and liaising with suppliers

• Budget management

• On-site coordination

• Identifying networking events for team members to attend

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing events and a thorough understanding of the production process.

You will need to be prepared to work hard on your own and with others in the team and be fun and informal but always professional.

You will naturally be a “people person” and can network with existing and new clients effectively while developing solid relationships and overseeing the event delivery.

Essential to be passionate about the Crypto / Blockchain ecosystem and be a traveler person. You will be responsible for attending most of the events in the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £30,000.00 per year
