We’re looking for a dedicated, committed Events Intern in the Crypto / Defi / Web3.0 industry to work at our fast-growth marketing agency. Operating on the frontlines of the cryptocurrency space – arguably the most exciting and innovative industry of the past decade – this position represents an opportunity to grow and develop alongside an agency which has experienced rapid expansion, and which boasts an impressive roster of high-profile, pioneering clients.

We want to build out our events team and go bigger and better with our conferences, organized lunches, evening meetups, and fun celebrations. This opportunity would be ideal for a self-starter who is naturally organised and operationally gifted. A genuine curiosity to learn and grow, a fast-paced yet careful approach, and a results-oriented mentality will be key tools in your ability to succeed at Zebu.

You will be responsible for helping the team to operate more efficiently and grow our events to be world-renowned and respected within the entire crypto industry.


Specific responsibilities:

  • Assisting with planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
  • Providing concepts and ideas,
  • Coordinate and planning event schedules and activities.
  • Assisting with event-day delivery to ensure everything goes to plan.
  • Support registration enquiries
  • Coordinate all operations
  • Lead promotional activities for the event
  • Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)


What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Communications, or related field
  • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A knack for problem-solving
  • Customer-service orientation
  • A team player with leadership skills
