Tech Circus is one of the UK’s fastest-growing event start-ups, spanning; UX, Product, Technology, Blockchain, Web 3, the Metaverse and more.

We operate the largest and most exciting UX and Design Community in Europe with an impressive portfolio of conferences throughout the year, both in-person and online.

Our roots are in our thriving digital network, so we pride ourselves on our strong presence within the UX and Design community through monthly educational meetups (100-300 attendees) in London, Manchester, Amsterdam and Berlin, all of which feed into our larger global conferences of up to 3000 attendees, in the UK and America.

The pandemic moved all of our events online, but this was only temporary. Seeing huge success in our virtual conferences, Tech Circus was able to expand our offering of events and create a new arm to the business, dedicated to emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI, The Metaverse and the emerging Web 3.0

In such an exciting time to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing events team, you will be instrumental in supporting the expansion of our events as the business evolves and elevates our offering across 2022 and beyond.

Events Curator Assistant – Your role will be to support our Events Curator Lead and help identify high-level, influential industry experts and reach out to them to speak at the Design conferences we have lined up for 2022 and beyond. Acquiring high calibre speakers is integral to attracting delegates to the conference, and in turn, the revenue generated.

As an Events Curator Assistant for an education and ‘content first’ events company, you will be instrumental in carrying out in-depth research of key subject areas and hot topics within your assigned industry sector. You will be personable, and confident and enjoy meeting new people.


  • No previous experience needed
  • Ability to host online and in-person events in the long run
  • Graduate degree (or similar relevant qualifications)
  • Strong proactive networking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Competence using Google Suite – Gmail/sheets/docs/calendar
  • Organisational skills
  • Outgoing and likeable – strong relationships person
  • Must be a team player and work with all internal teams, sales (delegate and sponsorship), Marketing and Operations to ensure the success of the events and that it is delivered on time and on budget
  • Able to attend events both online and in-person (on a rota with other members of the team)
