ERP Project Manager

Ledger was launched in 2014 by eight experts with complementary backgrounds in embedded security, cryptocurrencies and entrepreneurship, united around the idea of creating secure solutions for blockchain applications.

Role

    • This role reports to the FP&A Manager.
    • Your main missions will be as follows:
    • Lead the implementation project of the new financial system
    • Assessment/evaluation of all requirements and needs within the corporate organization (Finance, BI, IT, Warehouse/Inventories …)
    • Prepare the RFP and participate to the selection process
    • Lead and coordinate the integration process (kick-off, workshops…)
    • Roll-out of the new ERP within the organization
    • Elaborate a plan to continuously maintain / improve the financial system and train users
    • Build effective relationships across teams to support business growth

Candidate profile

    • 8-10 years of experience
    • Experience in implementation/management of ERP system + ideally a job experience in finance (audit, accounting, controlling)
    • Proven skills to handle projects in a complex, demanding and growing environment
    • Project oriented
    • Strong organizational and process skills
    • Strong communication skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
    • Autonomous
    • Adaptability and team work
