Responsibilities

    • Develop collaboration models with large institutional businesses, such as banks, insurance companies and telcos
    • Develop relationships with target institutions and sell a partnership vision with creativity, empathy, and conviction
    • Develop cross functional relationships with colleagues across Marketing, Product, Business Development and Legal teams—you will be expected to understand how to redline a contract, clearly articulate how they can help you execute a deal, and be able to evaluate how your ask might be prioritised relative to other requests from the Business Development team
    • Work closely with Business Development team to ensure the deals are properly executed—providing support both internally and externally on areas to improve the deal, or on items that are not being completed on time or in a manner that falls short of expectations
    • Use data to provide actionable insights and ensure we’re driving toward the best possible outcome for Binance
    • Scale existing channels and identify the development of new opportunities and channels for growthManage budgeting process, including forecasting, ROI assessments, and finding paths to increased profitability
    • Optimise our processes, playbooks, and workflows
    • Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in a Partnerships, Institutional Sales or Business Development role
    • Strong ability to both operate within the structure of a large company and also manage the chaos of a rapidly growing start up
    • Experience developing KPIs and tracking frameworks and automating reporting through modern analytics tools
    • Entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and excited by the prospect of scaling a hyper-growth company
    • Proven experience leading and scaling cross-functional, dynamic teams
    • Have outstanding interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to persuade/drive alignment among differing perspectives
    • Passion for crypto community and Web3 space
