Your Role and Responsibilities
As TSS Digital Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, sale, and deal closing for offerings within an assigned clients. Working with various sources, you will identify & expand on new sales opportunities and be responsible for driving them to closure. You will act as subject matter expert and trusted advisor for clients. Responsibilities will include:
Lead opportunity identification from assigned clients and create up-sell/ cross-sell opportunities
Work with tech representatives to help design use cases and respond to client POC and RFIs
Ensure optimal client engagement by proposing both the value and technical differentiator of the IBM portfolio
Translate business challenges into business solutions & create and present high-level product value propositions
Facilitate joint account planning sessions with business partners and other IBM brand sellers covering the same territory working together in an effective way to find the right solutions for clients
Collaborate with IBM Marketing and IBM Sales leadership to execute targeted new business campaigns
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Some experience in a full cycle solutions sales role with a consistent track record of achieving personal targets
Proficient at using both digital & relevant sales tools & be confident in engaging peers and making connections
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and focus on client satisfaction
Experience using CRM systems to manage customer engagement
Using data to make decisions and drive business outcomes
Native/fluent French and fluent English language
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Passion for technology and the ability to understand the B2B tech market
Focused on and motivated by bringing value to the company and your own personal growth
Digital savvy representative that can become the new IBM TSS Ambassador
