DevOps Engineer | AWS, Kubernetes, Helm | Blockchain / Web 3

You’re a DevOps enthusiast and absolutely at the top of your game, but… You have become bored within your current remit – the work simply isn’t stimulating, and you want the freedom to bring your own flare and have the autonomy to choose the tech that you think works best, you want to find that role that really pushes your boundaries and will allow you to reach your full potential.

Look no further…

My global client is looking for a DevOps whizz to join their thriving team. Within this team, you’ll be given the opportunity to own this role and join them at a time when huge things are happening.

This company blows my mind, the first company in the world to deliver international aid using blockchain technology in 2015. Founded in 2014 and incorporated in Ireland, Singapore, the UK, and the USA their platform brings transparency and traceability to the distribution of resources by Governments, NGOs, Corporates and Charities.

At the core of the platform is digital identity; enabling block chain applications to bring access and inclusion to the undeserved.

What is a better feeling than knowing the work you are doing really changes lives? In a world where major disasters happen, think floods, and earthquakes, this company have built a product like no other, that helps NGOs/agencies like FEMA and the Red Cross disburse aid to victims.

They have built a mobile wallet that the survivors use on their phones which identifies them using their photo, and then survivors can apply for the benefit/funding they need.

They are partnered with Amazon and can deliver a ‘house in a box’, sanitary kits, and a wallet tab that can be used in supermarkets that get delivered to the survivors. This process used to take 5 weeks. Now thanks to their amazing technology, help in such a time of need is taken care of fast. Also, on the other side, the software for the volunteers, and the underlying technology that is used for digital identity use the blockchain, so you’ll get a chance to gain exposure to Web3 / blockchain kit.
