Your Role and Responsibilities

The Demand Programs Lead for Watson Health Marketing is responsible for the programs

that drive marketing to achieve business goals – building awareness, creating demand,

acquiring new customers, retaining the existing customer base, up-selling/cross-selling and

creating lifetime customer value. This lead will design these programs with input from

business stakeholders, including their product and business segment focals, build and

execute programs inside our marketing platform and manage continuous performance

improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design marketing programs based on business priorities, key offerings, audience

targets and input from sales, strategy, offering mgmt and the marketing growth

squad.

  • Build and run programs in marketo platform, including maintaining nurture streams,

lead logic and lead routing.

  • Manage codes, tagging and metadata for marketing programs across systems.
  • Continuously measure and optimize program and tactic performance to drive data-

driven improvements.

Required Skills:

  • 2+years of experience working with demand generation, digital marketing,

campaign management and other marketing tactics

  • 2+ years designing, building and executing marketing programs.
  • 2+ years using data & analytics to drive improvements

Preferred Skills:

  • 1+ years working with a marketing automation platform (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.)
  • 1+ years working with marketing dashboards and analytic models
  • 1+ years working in an agile working model


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 2+years of experience working with demand generation, digital marketing,

campaign management and other marketing tactics

  • 2+ years designing, building and executing marketing programs.
  • 2+ years using data & analytics to drive improvements


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 1+ years working with a marketing automation platform (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.)
  • 1+ years working with marketing dashboards and analytic models
  • 1+ years working in an agile working model
